Use the P.E.A.C.E. Prayer Practice (here) to settle your mind, body, heart and spirit before working on each section. Spend some time in prayer and meditation before answering these questions. Take at least 30 minutes for each section of your life map. Use the worksheet for each section to write freely after prayer. Then take a few more moments in prayer, meditating on the scripture and quotes for more insights. Then go back through your writing to pull out key themes, words and ideas to “fill in” the section on your Map. We will discuss your “completed” sections at our next session. Once the map is completed, we will identify important patterns, connections , and key questions that will help you build meaning and momentum in your life.
